Communicating through new channels
As a long-term client, we knew the print advertising strategy Old Republic Risk Management had relied on for many years was losing its effectiveness due to changes in how the marketplace received its industry news. What was needed was a more focused and targeted approach.
In collaboration with Old Republic’s management and account managers, we identified several new communication channels that allowed account managers to focus on top prospects and communicate in a more intimate and effective manner. New channels included social media, seminars, Webcasts, events and sponsorships. Well into the second year of this strategy, Old Republic is not only seeing positive measureable results, but is continually refining this strategy and taking it to a new level.
